How we handle your information.
This notice covers ceslihq.com, including the Money Leak Check at ceslihq.com/leak-check. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
The short version
- We use Google Analytics to see how people use this site.
- We may use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.
- When you book a review, Calendly handles your booking details.
- When you take the Money Leak Check, your financial answers stay on your own device. We only receive the contact details you enter, and anything you choose to share with us.
- We never sell your information.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
CESLI HQ provides business systems and automation for growing businesses. We are based in Cebu, Philippines.
For this website, CESLI HQ is the personal information controller. That means we decide how your information is used, and we are responsible for protecting it.
2. What we collect
When you browse the site
We collect this automatically, through cookies and similar tools:
- Pages you visit and how long you stay
- Buttons you click, including the booking buttons
- The website or ad that brought you here
- Device type, browser and screen size
- Approximate location, at city or country level
This data does not tell us your name. We see patterns, not people.
When you take the Money Leak Check
Before the questions start, you give us your name, industry, mobile number and email address, and you agree that we may contact you. We also record when you started and finished, and which ad or link brought you to the page.
We only receive more if you choose to send it:
- If you tap Share my score: your Visibility Score (0 to 100) and your biggest blind spot.
- If you ask for a Leak Fix Plan: the area you want us to look at first and the best time to call you.
We never receive your financial answers. Your sales, expenses, cash, receivables, stock figures and hours are calculated inside your own browser and are never sent to us. Your browser keeps them only so you can continue later. You can clear them by clearing your browser data.
When you book a review or a Leak Fix Plan
Our booking links open Calendly. There you give your name, email address, contact number and anything you choose to tell us about your business. Calendly processes this under its own privacy notice.
If you become a client
Any business or personal data we handle during an engagement is covered by a separate written agreement. That agreement is signed before work begins.
3. Why we collect it
- To follow up on your Money Leak Check. With your consent, we call, message or email you about your results, your Leak Fix Plan and our services. You can opt out anytime by replying "stop" or emailing us.
- To run your Leak Fix Plan or review. We use your details to prepare for and hold the conversation.
- To improve the site. We look at which pages help and which ones people skip.
- To measure our ads. We check which ads lead to bookings, so we stop paying for the ones that don't.
We use your data only for these purposes. If that changes, we will update this notice first.
4. Cookies and tracking tools
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use these tools:

- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
The site works fully with cookies blocked.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run this site and follow up with you. They process it on our behalf:
- Supabase: the secure database that stores Money Leak Check contact details (servers in Singapore).
- Google: website analytics, and Google Sheets, where our team views new requests.
- Meta: measuring our Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Calendly: booking calls.
- Netlify: hosting this website.
If we add a tool that receives your personal data, such as an email newsletter service, we will list it here before we use it.
Some of their servers are outside the Philippines. We use them because they apply recognised data protection safeguards.
We never sell your information. We never rent it or trade it.
6. How long we keep it

7. How we protect it
We limit access to the people who need it. We use providers with strong security. We never ask for passwords or payment details on this site.
8. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is used
- Access the data we hold about you
- Object to processing
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before.
- Correct data that is wrong
- Delete or block your data
- Get a copy of your data in a usable format
- Claim damages if your data is misused
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
To use any of these rights, contact us below. We reply within 15 working days.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your data, we update this page and the date at the top. For big changes, we add a note on the homepage.
